• Cancellation before project commencement: Full refund of deposit minus administrative fees
• Cancellation during discovery phase: Refund of remaining balance after deducting work completed
• Cancellation during design phase: Refund based on percentage of work completed
• Cancellation during development phase: No refund, as significant resources have been invested

• Regular milestone reviews and approvals
• Revision rounds as specified in project agreements
• Open communication throughout the development process
• Post-launch support period for adjustments

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• We fail to deliver agreed-upon services as specified in the project agreement
• Technical issues prevent project completion due to our error
• Mutual agreement to terminate the project

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after project approval
• Delays caused by client-side issues or lack of response
• Third-party service failures beyond our control
• Completed and delivered projects

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us in writing with your refund request and reason
• We will review your request within 5 business days
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Revision Policy

Each website development project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We encourage clear communication during the approval process to minimize the need for extensive revisions.

Intellectual Property

In the event of project cancellation or refund:

• All intellectual property rights remain with Chrixxeniexle
• Clients may not use any work-in-progress materials
• Upon full payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client as specified in agreements

Exceptions

This Return Policy may be modified by specific terms in individual project agreements. In case of conflict, the terms in the signed project agreement take precedence.
